J2 The chosen scene has a great deal going on within it. What do you want the viewer to focus on? There are very nice complimentary colors to contrast the tree trunks. The overcast light adds warmth of the color tones. Did you consider opening the aperture up to reduce depth of field? Keeping focus on front two trees but let the remainder of scene go out of focus. J2 Inventive image with the spoon reflection. The use of lens to distort dimension adds to image. There is a very bright edge and spot at tip of spoon that draws the eye. It stops the eye from wondering around the pattern and back to spoon. There are some areas of the spoon handle which should be cleaned up with the healing brush. This matters because the remainder of the image is blemish free.

J2 Good light. If one can, a viewpoint at eye level with the bird will make a more compelling image. Take a lower position and move a little to the right. J3 The image tells a strong nature story. The focus is sharp with good depth of field, and captures lots of detail in the feathers. The lighting is a bit harsh and unnatural. Perhaps toning down the fill flash would render a more natural result.

J2 Very nice image showing texture and detail. Light is even across the image. The centre leaf with vein running down to lower leaf could be toned down, so it does not draw the eye. Bottom leaves are sharp which is excellent to allow the eye into the image. Good composition and crop.

The top down viewpoint really doesn't allow for the flowers to stand out as the focus of the image. Maker could try to get down low and closer so that the flowers are larger and more prominent.

J2 Image maker has done well with exposure and composition. Composition including the reflection, adds some light into bottom 20% of image. Comet is very small component of the image, and while the trail of comet is visible, it seems insignificant to the image. Image maker's choice was to include a large starry sky. Is this necessary to communicate your message? Try a significantly progressive crop.

J2 Great eye contact! Very good close up, with close to correct exposure. Whites on the beard show little detail. If the whites are not blown out, brush in some detail. Background is good, not any distraction. Personal choice of the image maker to crop as tight as it is. Would be nice to see more space around the bird and perhaps more of the bird itself.

J1 The meandering path brings the viewer right into the scene, and the lavender tone of the path is very pleasing. The lone walker added a good story element but suggest the maker move it in post processing while also cleaning up the green lines on the walker's black coat so that it is not merging with the tree trunk for a cleaner story.
