Welcome, we are delighted to have you join Trillium. If you enjoy the photographic art, you are but a few steps away from joining an active and vibrant club. From sharpening your skills and learning new ones to making new friends with similar goals, Trillium is here to help you on your way regardless of your skill level. What Everyone Should Know Before Completing the Enrolment Form:
There are two new Enrolment Types being added in 2024: Virtual Memberships and Trial Memberships.
- Virtual Members will have all of the same privileges as full members with access to Trillium’s Website, participation in Clinics, be able to assist at regular club meetings and be part of any Special Interest Group. All of this using the ZOOM platform. They are entitled to attend any of the in-person activities whenever they are in the area and able to do so.
- Trial Members are granted access to all Trillium’s regular meetings for a limited time. This membership is offered to potential New Members Only. Trial Memberships can be virtual as well as in-person. Fees for the trial will go towards the regular membership cost if the person decides to join the Club immediately after the end of the trial period. Trial Membership is a one-time offer. Sessions start in September and end in May. Full details about our trial membership can be found here.
Please read the following items carefully:
- All Members must submit a properly completed enrolment form! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- There is a single Enrolment Form covering all four types of enrolment. Any of the enrolments can be a Singles, or Couples, or Student Membership with the exception of the Trial as described above.
- New Enrolment In-Person or Virtual
- Renewal Enrolment In-Person or Virtual
- Gift Enrolment In- Person or Virtual
- Trial Enrolment In-Person or Virtual
- Complete the form online and submit it to Trillium Photographic Club. Please follow the instruction given throughout the form as many items are enrolment type specific, others are required while others are optional.
- Be sure to enter all required information on the form. All waivers must be accepted, it is required by our Insurance Policy. Forms with incomplete or missing information will be returned.
- You have the option of paying membership dues in three ways. We will send the details for each of these once your completed application is received and accepted.
- The most widely used and recommended is by e-transfer.
- By personal cheque, either mailed in or in person at your first meeting of the year.
- In cash, you will need to pay in person at your first meeting of the year. Please do not send money in the mail.

- Membership Types and Dues for the 2024-2025 Session are as follows:
- NOTE: If joining mid-session (i.e. in January), fees are half the full rate except for a Trial Membership. Half-year memberships are NOT available in September to December.
- $ 90.00 Full Year Single Membership
- $155.00 Full Year Couples Membership
- $ 45.00 Full Year Student Membership
- $ 25.00 Trial Membership
- The enrolment form has a section for Special Interest Groups. If you would like to join a Special Interest Group, you must sign-up for these on the enrolment form since paper sign-up sheets are no longer available at the meetings.
- A new feature is available this year. The REGISTRY is for members who wish to share their Name, Email, and City with other members making it easier to arrange outings, car-pooling and other events. No other information is shared on the Website’s Registry.
